Get Out of That PitI would like to give two thumbs up to Beth Moore's newest book "Get
Out of That Pit". To see an on-line interview including a video of this book click the photo of the book below.
Let me know what you think after you read and listen to this book/audio. It was by far the best one of Beth's books
so far...in my opinion.

Blessings,

Jesus loves me Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so.
Do
you ever have trouble believing these simple little words? I do. I have struggled all my life with the concept of love. I
know what love is, but have I ever experienced true love?
My answer is like so many of yours….no. I did not grow up
in a loving, nurturing household. All of my life, I have struggled to love and be loved. This has created
many problems that have carried over into adult hood. In addition, every time someone said that he or she loved me, disappointment
was the outcome. I spiraled down into a deep, dark pit of despair. I continue to struggle
today, desperately seeking love, wanting to be special to someone…anyone.
But guess what…there is
someone who’s love is true, pure, and unending. Nothing can change the love that I found in him. This
someone is the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus is love (1 John 4:8-9). He reaches into the pit to rescue us. He loves our hurts away.
His love is different from any other love and it does not have to be earned, just accepted. (Luke 11:11-13). The only thing
that an individual must do is open his or her heart and receive it.
The best news is, there is nothing
that can be done to blow it either. Jesus will never withdraw His love. He loves you
with an everlasting love. He will never hang it over your head, waiting for you to mess up. He loves
you. You are his child, He created you, and you are His beloved.
Friends, I know how very hard
it can be to open your soul and allow yourself to believe in love. You do not have to be afraid, because the Bible says that
perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). The kind of REAL love that Jesus offers will NEVER let you down.
I would love
to help you search the scriptures (God’s Love Letter) to find the love that is waiting for you.
Until then,
I will leave you with this…
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices
with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.Love never fails”. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Love,

Peace in the Middle A few weeks ago, I was in New York City. My
friend and I took a horse and buggy ride through Central Park in the rain. I witnessed the most amazing
thing while on this ride.
In the middle of the pouring down rain, in the middle of the
tallest buildings I have ever seen, and in the middle of the greatest amount of people I have ever been around, was the most
peaceful and beautiful place in the world. It was a perfect picture of God's gift of peace.
People cannot control life and people cannot control things that constantly buzz around them. They
can, however, choose to allow God to provide perfect peace during the storms that often come.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to find peace, read Ecclesiastes 3 . Verse 8 says that there is a time and a season for everything, including a time of peace.
Read, pray, and seek the Lord with all of your heart and all of your life. God loves
you so much!
I would love to introduce you to the peacemaker, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Please email me if you would like to know Him.
In Jesus,
Anita
