He Is All You Need
"As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother's womb, so
you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things." (Ecclesiastes
11:5 NIV)
Life is such a mystery. A lot of things
that happen in our lives where we just wonder 'how did that happen' or 'why is this happening?' The
Message puts this verse so plain and simple ... "Just as you'll never understand the mystery of life forming
in a pregnant woman, So you'll never understand the mystery at work in all that God does."
The wonders
of God may always be a mystery, but the wonders of the Lord are always amazing! I pray that you will always be able
to see the wonderful way that the Lord moves in your lives. No matter what you are facing Jesus will bring you through
it. Have a great weekend. Invite someone to go to Church with you this Sunday. If you are not going to Church
I pray that the Lord will lead you to a place of Worship.
Please
continue to remember Bobbie Hanlon, Debbie Ngo and the Hobbs Family in prayer as well as Steve and Sandra Craven (Matt and
Winston) and the Melton Family. Love, Tracy

In His Midst
"But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How
that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be
they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy
faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ
unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out
of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to
present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory
and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen." (Jude 17-25 KJV)
Finding our strength in Jesus Christ. Did you ever look back through the years of your life?
Going back to grade school and thinking about all the worries we had at say 10 years old. They were huge.
Then when we approached our teens we could not wait to get out of High School, because we could not wait to have our independence
from our parents. Then our 20's, out there in the working world and looking for a mate! Times were hard.
Then we become parents ourselves. We not only hear our children saying things to us that we said to our parents, but
things that our parents said to us that we said we would never say - are now coming out of our mouths! Life is hard
isn't it? Isn't it amazing though, after most of what we think are our most difficult moments
we come through that valley and we realize thank you Jesus, once again you have brought me through. I didn't know
how I'd get through it - but I should have!
I don't know, it just amazes me daily how the Lord works in my life and those around me.
I can see Glory. I know life isn't always fun. It seems like when I am in a valley I am stuck there forever.
But I am not. It passes and the lessons learned or the help we give others through our valley gives us the strength
to endure! It is only through the Love of Christ that I can face each day. I pray that you feel His love for you
and that each day Jesus will ether place someone in your life that you can encourage or someone that can encourage you!
I hope you all
have a great Thursday. I'd like you all to remember the Hobbs family from Rock Hill. Kimberly
Hobbs was in a car accident Tuesday and She died yesterday. She was 16 years old. The man who hit her (Mr. Brown) was
driving drunk. I do not know either of these families, but both of these families need prayer. I have to be honest,
as a parent I am sure that it would be very hard to be able to forgive a man who chose to get behind the wheel after drinking
at 4:30 in the afternoon. It is only through the strength of Jesus Christ in my life that I could do this. I pray
that these families find that strength. Please pray for them. Pray that through this horrible tragedy that Mr.
Brown will find the love of Christ and that the Hobbs family will one day find forgiveness and will feel the love of family
and friends around them. Love, Tracy

Where Can We Go .... But To The Lord!
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured
the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition
from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." (Hebrews 12:2-3 NIV)
When I read this verse this morning, it reminded my of the Hymn, Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus. (Words
and Music by Helen H. Lemmel 1922 )
O soul, are you
weary and troubled? No light in the darkness you see? There's light for a look at the Savior, And life
more abundant and free!
Refrain: Turn your eyes upon Jesus, Look full in His wonderful face, And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace. Through death into life everlasting He passed, and we follow Him there; O'er us sin no more hath dominion— For more than conquerors we are! His Word shall
not fail you; He promised; Believe Him, and all will be well: Then go to a world that is dying, His perfect
salvation to tell! What awesome words written by this woman! I wondered why she wrote them so I did a google
search of her name. When I touched on the first link ... (http://theoldtimegospel.org/dev/hymn3.html) it gave a little history of this song and amazingly enough (to me anyway) this same verse of scripture was used! Look
at verse 3 of that song ... His Word shall not fail you; He promised; Believe Him, and all will be well: Then go to a world
that is dying, His perfect salvation to tell! That is our mission! This earth will fade away someday.
It can be hard for some to grasp that. We know the Lord is coming back ... someday ... but He tells us in His Word -
no one knows the day or hour - He will come like a thief in the night, in the blink of an eye - poof!
So we are to always be on our mission fields giving testimony of what He has done in our lives. Just
in my own family alone I can think of a wonderful testimony the Lord has given each one of my brother's and sisters.
Many friends I can see the Lord working in their lives. How they touch others without even seeing the impact that they
are having. Like me they wonder, am I making a difference Lord?
I love the first verse of that song too. We all can relate to it. A weary soul. We have all felt
that way at some point - just so weary. We can't see the light. We were looking for the wrong light.
We were looking for a physical solution - Jesus is the Light. When we look to Him to solve our problems, He will light
our path out of the valley of despair and darkness. Turn your eyes upon Jesus ... Look full in His wonderful face, And
the things of earth will grow strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace. The problems and the valley's
will seem dim with Jesus in your life! What once was so grand and unbearable, will become lighthearted. Turn your
eyes upon Jesus!!! He loves you!
I pray
you all have a great Wednesday. Love, Tracy

Seeking His Way ... "But
of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were,
so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking,
marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And
knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two
be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be
taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if
the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered
his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." (Matthew 24:36-44 KJV)
I was just saying to my husband the other day,
isn't it amazing how quickly the days are going by? One minute you are 18 and the next you are 40 ... where do the
years go? I got to thinking about this e-mail that I am sure you have all read before about the dash. You are
born and then comes a time when you die, in-between those 2 dates are a - ... what happens in that dash? When I look
back over the dash years so far I am amazed at all God has done for me, yet the little I have done for Him. My desire
each day when I rise is to do something that day to Honor Him. As I reflect upon it I realize many days I have done
something that honored God, but I also have probably done something else that day that did not please God. Oh how I
must come humbly to His throne and seek Him every step of the way!
Our Christian walk is not easy, God never said it would be - but what
a new day when we start living right and trying our best to honor Christ Jesus. What a day it will be, when we see Jesus
face to face and He embraces us and says - Well done, my good and my faithful servant! Are you faithful? When
it comes to the Lord, do you ever wonder - am I pleasing you Lord? Is this what you want for my life Lord?
How can I help others Lord? How can I lead my children to a life that is pleasing to you Lord? Do you read scripture
each day and mediate on what God is saying to you?
Seek His word today, pray that the Lord will reveal His will for you life and follow His ways
and He will direct your path. His desire is for you to walk with Him each day so that He can reveal His path for your
walk.
I hope you all
have a Blessed Tuesday! Love, Tracy

Waiting for God? God is Speaking! I waited patiently for the LORD;
and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set
my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many
shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth
not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and
thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they
are more than can be numbered. Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering
and sin offering hast thou not required. Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, I
delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart."
I could not wait to write to you this morning to tell you the wonderful things of God! First I hope you all
had a Blessed Thanksgiving - we truly have much to be thankful for! Sometimes, we can't see that and then boom
- the Lord starts showing us how ungrateful we are and reveals all of our blessings! I had a wonderful 5 days off from
work, yet felt mopey yesterday thinking about getting back to work ... talk about ungrateful! What about the person
who had to work even on Thanksgiving Day! Then if that wasn't enough I started feeling a little down on
myself because I have let my weight climb again. Nothing fits. I was getting ready for Church and said to
my husband, 'well, let me get my church uniform on' He said what do you mean, I said I wear the same thing every week,
because nothing else fits. I received some money for my birthday so my husband said let's go to the mall after lunch
and you can get some clothes. That was the last thing I felt like doing yesterday, after all I wanted to wallow in self
pity!
Well,
we went to the mall and I went in complaining in my own mind all the way to my fat lady store. I zipped through
since we were in a hurry, sensibly shopping, picking out a 2 tops that would go with other pants I had and one pair of black
pants. When I got in line (with one cashier), this lady was on a shopping spree. Again murmuring in my mind -
Lord, why did I come here! And isn't that just like us Moms! I thought, Oh maybe I should just get one shirt.
No, I will just stick with the 2. I was having a little anxiety trying to calculate all the money I was spending
on these clothes - at Christmas, when I could be using the money for something else.
As the cashier called for back up I kept looking at my
watch. Finally I was getting waited on. Did you ever just sit and watch a cash register as it is adding your purchases
and think - Oh, did I really spend this much money - what am I doing? As I started to write my check, I hear the lady
on the shopping spree next to me say "does she have a coupon?" She gave me a $50.00 coupon towards my purchase!
Do you know, God still amazes me! I should have gotten on my knees right there! What a blessing! Was I sitting
there waiting for God to work in my life? No. I was murmuring in self pity. But God still moved!
God can be glorified in anything! My testimony is simple
~ look over your circumstances, no matter what you are facing today - God can be glorified! I promise you! He
loves you and He will bring you through the storm you are facing. He will provide for your needs! Hey, it might
not be your expectation ~ but He will provide for all you NEED! I hope you have a blessed Monday. Share a word
of testimony with someone today - I promise you it will bring you a second blessing by doing so!
Please continue to pray for Presley Melton and her family
as well as Sandra and Steve Craven (Matt and Winston), Bobbie Hanlon and a friend from Church, Debbie Ngo who are undergoing treatment
for cancer. Actually, that kind of puts things into perspective - doesn't it! Thank the Lord for every valley
you face, for nothing is impossible for God!!! Love to all ~ Tracy
