Romans 8:38-39
"I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come... shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

For a lot of us, the moment trials come, we beg God to lighten the load - or change the circumstances altogether. Hard times are a part of life, the only way to get through them is to grow by learning through what ever we are experiencing. When we allow dark days to drive us to our knees, we will discover that we aren't going through the valley alone.  God is there beside us every step of the way!!  Strengthening our faith, strengthening our resolve, and lifting our spirit.
Why do we pray to the Lord just in times of convenience?  We should be praying daily!  Actually, hourly.  For some of us, God is someone we need when it is convenient for us. When things don't go our way, we question Him and say "why God? Where are you?"  But maybe for some of us, God is saying where are you? He is always faithful.
We are taught many lessons in the valley.  We are taught life experiences in the valley.  Do we learn?  Do we change?  Do we grow?  Are we looking for the lesson when we are in the valley?  Are we sharing a testimony with a friend about where we've been, what we've been through and how by the Grace of God we've come up from that low place in our lives?
Take God's hand before stepping out your door today! You should never let adversity get you down ~ except on your knees!  Receive the love of Jesus today and let His love raise you up.  God Bless you all.  No matter what we are facing today, Jesus is the only way.  He will guide, guard, protect and provide!  We all go into those valley's, but always take with you the fact that Jesus will be right there with you.  I love you all.  Please continue to pray for Terry and Vicky, as well as the Evatt family.  Have a blessed Tuesday.  Love, Tracy

2 Corinthians 4:16-18
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
I know for many of us today is what is unseen that keeps us going! The Lord has provided so much for us and we ask ... How can I ask for more with all that He has already given. I am so unworthy. Yes, we are! But He has come so we may have life. All the blessings the Lord gives us - our mission is to tell others. Not to brag boastfully, but to go and tell about the journey the Lord brought us on and is bringing us through. We ALL have a story. Not one of us has made it through this life on our own, if you think you have - why struggle so needlessly?

Always remember Jesus is the reason we live. He is our light and our Salvation. No matter what our cares and what our troubles He will meet our needs. He loves us and gave His life so that we can have eternal life - let's not take that forgranted! Turn to Him always, not just in your time of need. He will carry you through every valley and bring you through any storm. Some of the words from one of my Mother's favorite hymns was -"Be not afraid I go before you always come follow me and I will give you rest." His promises are true and His gift of life everlasting is ETERNAL. That means forever. He will never ever leave us. We leave Him, but He never leaves us. Have a great day today. I am praying for you.

Psalm 31:24
"Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord."
So many of us have deep wounds in us that take a long time to heal.  This could be from a loss of a loved one, loss of a job, a broken relationship, being in a bad financial situation, etc.... Letting go of sorrow or turning from depression over those circumstances is so hard to do, especially when our sorrow has taken over every thought in our mind.

We are constantly thinking about what is missing in our lives.  We try to convenience ourselves to move on, but our brokenness keeps dwelling on the circumstance.  What a blessing it would be if each day when we opened our eyes we began to thank the Lord for a new day.  We began to praise Him for our circumstances and thank Him for seeing us through them!  The poem about the man walking in the sand is so true.  When we question God.  "Where were you when I needed you Lord?"  His answer is "I was carrying you through the valley."  No matter what our circumstance, we have to trust that Jesus is right there with us.  He knows where we are.  He knows how we will handle what is coming our way.  Where are you turning when times get tough?

I know it is not easy to just get rid of sorrow.  When our circumstances turn our lives upside down, it may take a long time to be able to stand up and move on.  Everything has now changed.  We no longer experience life with the same enthusiasm that we once had.  There is a hole in our heart that may take a long time to mend.  But, if we turn to Jesus.  If we day after day after day just give it all to Him and trust that He will see us through then we will be transformed.  He will begin the healing process and teach us to help others through similar circumstances.  Take your focus away from your problems or from your circumstance and take them to the Lord.

I liked this quote in one of my devotionals: "Hope brings about almost miraculous changes in us.  Hope seems to know just when we need it the most, and it begins to penetrate our lives thought-by-thought, minute-by-minute.  We eventually gain insight and understanding about how to move forward.  Hope helps us understand that we can never completely let go or forget, but we can move into each new day with a bit of joy.  Hope gives us a new sense of the future, and a peaceful understanding of the past.  Hope softens the jagged edges of our life, and replaces our pain with the promise of a brighter, better tomorrow."
Place all your HOPE in Jesus Christ.  For He holds all the answers.  He is the way to Joy and to Salvation and He will see you through anything you are facing in your life.  God Bless you.  I pray that the Lord has touched your heart through His Word.  Have a great Day.  Love, Tracy

2 Chronicles 7:14-15
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place."
I love this verse in Chronicles.  It is so simple, yet we make it so difficult.  We carry the burdens of this earthly life with us each day.  God made it so simple for us, by giving us the gift of Jesus Christ - all we need to do is lay our burdens down. To just call on the name of Jesus.  There is no other name that can do what He can do.  Sometimes the results are not evident right away.  Maybe we don't get an answer because we have sin in our lives and He is not hearing our prayers.  His Word tells us to come to Him with a clean heart and He will hear our prayers and petitions.  Ask Jesus to renew your spirit today.  To cleanse your heart from all unrighteousness and you will begin to hear from heaven again.  Don't wait until the end when it may be too late.  Not only that, look at the time you are wasting carrying all those burdens!  Give your heart to Christ today.  Let the healing begin.  Humble yourselves.  Nothing we've done is ever too horrible for the Lord to forgive us.  unless we don't ask.

Each morning as you wake up, seek the Lord's will for your life.  Ask Him to guide and protect you each day.  Pray for those around you.  Please pray for Terry Murray today who will be having surgery this morning.  Please continue to pray for Vicky - she will be having surgery tomorrow.  Thank you all.  Have a great Wednesday ... have you thanked God for the rain?  Love, Tracy

Mark 11-22-23
"For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."
Things may seem impossible, but with God nothing is impossible. Are you facing a trial today?  Is your marriage in trouble? God can restore and heal it!  Are you having financial troubles? God can show you the way to fix them.  He will direct your path right to Him. Be faithful to the Lord. Don't give up!  He will help you, one day at a time to get you back on your feet. Learn and grow from what He is teaching you each day in your walk with Him.
At the time the road may seem long, but once it is traveled it didn't seem that far - did it? There are miracles still given by God.  God still heals.  God loves you. Don't give up. There will be healing!  He will restore your Joy to what it once was, He will heal a broken marriage, He will guide you in your spending, He will heal your body. Don't handle it alone. Turn to Jesus!  Ask Him to be Lord of your life and to lead your mind each day.

I love you all, I pray that the Lord has touched your heart through His Word today.  Please pray for Vicky this morning. She will be having her surgery to remove the tumor.   Please pray that the doctor removes the tumor in tact.  I hope you all have a blessed day.  Love, Tracy
